Domus Fortem Corporation wishes to partner with progressive Filipinos during their wealth building journey through a combination of services for the effective acquisition and monetization of real estate assets through rental and leasing.

We are focused on improving and managing condominiums and other real estate properties in the most desirable Metro Manila locations. Our provided services are related to Property Consultancy, Leasing, Buying and Selling of Property and General Management (Finance, Human Resource and Organization Development). Our team has amassed more than 25 years of combined experience in Real Estate Sales, Design and Construction, Hotel Operations and General Management and Consultancy.

Our officers and employees are also heavily involved with the Asensadong Pinoy* - a financial literacy campaign through which we more deeply engage with our clients and participate in their visualization of a financially independent future.

The company has grown robustly since starting in 2016, with P2.9M gross sales in its first year of operations. We are on our 6th year of operations and expect to end 2022 with P20M Gross Sales from Leasing, Interior Design Fit-outs, Property Management and Consultancy; plus P30M from property sales.

DFC today manages over 800 separate condominium units, townhouses, and detached residential properties. We consistently achieve 85% occupancy across the entire portfolio which maximizes landlord’s returns and minimizes inherent challenges in real estate property investing in the Philippines.
